Health Gateway provides this site as a public service. We do not collect personal information about you when you visit the web site. If you choose to contact us by e-mail, phone or respond to an on-line survey, we will only maintain the information as long as needed to respond to your message or to fulfill the stated purpose of communication. Health Gateway does not receive funding for website advertising. External resources (sites to which we provide a link) may contain advertising. However, this has no influence on the content of our site and we do not receive revenue from these sources.
